What are the delivery charges for orders from The Different Store?

Most orders we send out are FREE delivery. Those that do attract a delivery charge are clearly marked as such and the price of delivery will be added to the order total at check out

Which payment methods are accepted at The Different Store?

We accept payment through our secure online payment merchants Paypal and Stripe for complete peace of mind. The full cost of your purchase will be covered by our payment partners if something does not go as it should.

How secure is shopping at The Different Store? Is my data protected?

Purchasing on The Different Store is 100% safe thanks to end to end secure socket layer encryption (SSL).

The cost of your purchase is also covered up to a total of $500 after purchase and during transit thanks to our payments partners @ Paypal.

Where Do You Ship From?

We ship from our partnered factories located across the United States, Europe and Asia. So if you have ordered more than one item please expect them to be shipped separately as different factories specialise in different areas of manufacturing.

What exactly happens after I place my order?

Once payment is made and confirmation is received by us your order becomes live and is passed on to distribution for processing.

It will, under normal circumstances, then be packed and dispatched within 48 hours. This could be longer during peak times.

Once dispatched you will receive an email informing you of such and also supplying you with a tracking number for the delivery. This number can sometimes take up to 48 hours to become live on the delivery company’s system.

You should take delivery of your item in 12-20 days from payment.

How long should it take for an order to arrive?

The answer to that really depends on the product ordered.  90% of our items will arrive in approximately 2 weeks. If the item is personalized then as expected, this will add to the time it takes to make and deliver. If you’re still unsure if your item is late, just email us or contact us via our social media handles. We’re always happy to help.

Can I have a tracking number?

Tracking details will be supplied once the orders have been shipped, currently tracking details are only available for the U.S.A. Please allow at least 48 hours after we supply the tracking details for them to register on the delivery company’s system.
